I come to know from correspondence between member and housing society that, Few Committee Members are confused between Act, Rules, Bye-Laws, Notifications, orders and circulars. Further due to direction of central govt. our state has made many amendments. Few amendments are so quick that before it comes to operation it again gets amended. It creates chaos in the mind of member who always hesitates to come forward for work. Further sometimes social media gives wrong information and peoples circulate them without knowing as well as confirming. You also aware about message circulated like nominee becomes owner no need for succession. And\/or Conveyance now not required, new Act already passed recently and also Deemed Conveyance application society have to do on or before 15th January, 2021 and so on.<\/p>\n
